We realize the increased anxiety patients experience as they transition from home health to outpatient care. Our goal is to alleviate stress and focus on the continuation of care.
For your convenience, we are a Medicare provider and accept Medicare Insurance (typically pays for 80% of cost up to about $2300). While we don't accept other insurances at this time, we are happy to provide you with a super bill which you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Gretchen Baker is an occupational therapist currently living and practicing in Los Angeles. Originally from the East Coast, Gretchen grew up in Maine and attended her under-grad at Boston University where she received a degree in Mass Communications.
After deciding to pursue her dream of working in rehab, Gretchen attended The University
Gretchen Baker is an occupational therapist currently living and practicing in Los Angeles. Originally from the East Coast, Gretchen grew up in Maine and attended her under-grad at Boston University where she received a degree in Mass Communications.
After deciding to pursue her dream of working in rehab, Gretchen attended The University of Southern California, and graduated with a Master's of Science in Occupational Therapy. Subsequent to working in various settings including in-patient, out-patient and home health, Gretchen decided to open her own practice in 2022. Since then, she has continued to build her career working with, and empowering people navigating recovery.
While her true passion and specialization has centered around gerontology and neurological deficits, she continues to work with a variety of diagnoses in hopes of promoting the best quality of life at every age.
Gretchen is married and has two daughters who serve as her inspiration for providing the best care possible for families facing rehabilitation with their loved ones. In her free time, Gretchen enjoys spending time with her family and friends, walking her dog, cooking and traveling.
